2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless a different currency is selected. Prices may change without notice. Currency conversions shown are approximate and for reference only — final payment is processed in INR. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colours may slightly vary due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery. For UPI/manual payments, your order is activated upon verification of your payment screenshot or UTR number. DGE Fashion Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos and design — is the property of DGE Fashion Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DGE Fashion Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
