✅ Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- •Wrong item received
- •Damaged or defective product
- •Product significantly different from description
- •Missing parts or accessories
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- •Items showing signs of use or wear
- •Items without original packaging
- •Customised or personalised jewellery
- •Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- •Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
📋 How to Return
Follow these simple steps:
- •Step 1: WhatsApp us at +1 (470) 207-1279 within 7 days of delivery
- •Step 2: Share your order number and photos of the issue
- •Step 3: Our team will confirm eligibility within 24 hours
- •Step 4: Pack the item securely in original packaging
- •Step 5: We arrange pickup or guide you to courier it back
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- •Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after return received
- •Refund method: Original payment method or bank transfer
- •UPI/Online payments: Refunded to source account
- •COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
Please ensure your bank details are shared correctly for COD refunds.
