Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? +
Browse our shop, click on any product, and click "Order on WhatsApp" or "View Details". You can also WhatsApp us directly at +1 (470) 207-1279 with the product name and we'll guide you through.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Google Pay, PhonePe, UPI (any app), credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For UPI payments, send to our GPay Business ID: gpay-12201685782@okbizaxis.
Is Cash on Delivery available? +
Yes! COD is available on most pincodes across India. Select COD at checkout or mention it when ordering via WhatsApp.
How do I confirm my UPI payment? +
After paying, share your UTR number or payment screenshot with us on WhatsApp at +1 (470) 207-1279. Your order will be confirmed within 2 hours.
Can I cancel my order? +
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. WhatsApp us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible but you can return the item after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–5 days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.
Is shipping free? +
Yes! Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 have a flat ₹50 shipping charge.
Do you ship outside India? +
Currently we ship within India only. For international orders, please WhatsApp us to discuss options.
How do I track my order? +
Once dispatched, we share a tracking link on WhatsApp within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on the courier's website.

Products & Quality

What materials are your jewellery made of? +
Our jewellery is made from high-quality brass, copper and zinc alloy base metals with gold plating, silver plating or rhodium finish. Each product page mentions the specific material.
How do I care for my jewellery? +
Keep jewellery away from water, perfume and sweat. Store in a dry place, preferably in the pouch or box provided. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use to maintain shine.
Are the colours accurate in photos? +
We try to show accurate colours but slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting. If you have any concerns, WhatsApp us for more photos.
Do you take custom orders? +
Yes! WhatsApp us with your requirements and we'll do our best to source or customise jewellery for you. Bulk and wedding orders are also welcome.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or wrong items. Please WhatsApp us with photos of the issue.
How long does a refund take? +
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. For UPI/online payments, the refund goes to the original account.
What if I receive a damaged product? +
Take photos immediately and WhatsApp us within 24 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
